Job Description / Responsibility
- This role is responsible for acquiring business and providing high level of services directly to a number of Branch Banking clients across a wide range of products and services. The role needs to manage and maintain current business relationships and seek new accounts for achieving a profitable business portfolio for the business. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining strong working relations with all existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The incumbent is to meet the branch business target by Participating in Branch Banking business campaign, Getting involved in formulating sales strategies for all products of SME and consumer Banking in Branches, Ensure processing of all consumer and SME credit application along with finical statements independently, Ensuring corporate environment & quick services in the branch premises, Achieve set targets in terms of sales volume & numbers of accounts of the value center across the channels, Coordinating to increase customer base.
- Strong understanding in credit
- Create new business opportunities for the bank, ensuring a profitable portfolio
- Maintain the current portfolio of the business efficiently
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Educational Requirements
- 4 years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline from reputed universities.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Job Experience in bank should be 5 years in which relevant experience will be 2 years
- Must be sales focus and should have adequate knowledge on consumer and SME credit along with Trade products
- Has to have the capacity to create own customer base in order to meet Budget
- Must have the knowledge of processing loan applications for consumer and SME credit independently.
- Adequate knowledge about financial markets products and services
- Strong credit knowledge and marketing skills are mandatory.
- Good understanding of Balance Sheet management, financial ratios and rules, regulation and policies formulated by Bangladesh Bank.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellence negotiation and selling skills Sound knowledge in Microsoft-Office.
- Good leadership skill
- Good Interpersonal skills
