01Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and manage business growth and meet deposit profitability and targets.
- Enhance and update existing products according to latest market needs.
- Develop, organize and implement all marketing and promotional campaigns for deposits.
- Responsible for monitoring, enhancing and managing all deposit/liability based products & services.
- Leading the Liability Sales Team to achieve the targets.
- Ensuring Support to Team/ clients/ External or internal bodies.
- Provides a high level of customer relations and service; and ensures compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
- Attract and develop new liability/deposit business; provides a superior level of customer relations.
- Promotes the liability sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and achieves individual goals through new business, referrals and retention of account relationships.

MBA/ MBM/ Masters in
any discipline from a reputed university with good academic record.
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Leasing
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 35 year(s)
- Have experience working in Target driven environment
- Must have knowledge on PPG driven and CM driven business.
- Minimum 7 years of experiences in this field and 05 years of experiences as a Head/Deputy head of liability in Bank/Financial Institution.
