Bank Limited, a reputed and leading joint-venture private commercial
Bank is looking for competent and experienced professionals for the
above position under Financial Inclusion Policy to run the activities of
Sales & Distribution Unit for Mobile Banking & Agent Banking
- Zonal
Manager is the key personnel of sales and distribution of Mobile
Banking & Agent Banking of respective Zone/Region of the Bank.
He/She will be responsible for developing & executing Sales &
Distribution, Communication, Product and Bank's business priorities in
his/her respective Zones'/Regions'. He/She will lead, manage and develop
his/her Zones'/Regions' Sales & Distribution team of the Bank while
also takes accountability of the development of Distribution Channel.
- Selected candidate will be posted anywhere in Bangladesh.

Educational Requirements
Master Degree in any discipline with no 3rd Division/Class.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At most 44 year(s)
- Minimum 12 years of
experience of which at least 1 year experience as Senior Regional
Manager/Regional Manager/Equivalent position in any FMCG Company, Mobile
Network Operator or any reputed company which has countrywide sales
& distribution channel or 2 years continuous service as Senior
Regional Manager at DBBL. Work experience as zonal/cluster head will be
given preference.
- Must have good knowledge in Distribution
Channel Management, Consumer/Retail Product Market & Consumer
Behavior, Brand Promotion, Human Resources Management and Training.

Salary & others:
Initial Gross Salary of Tk.2,01,500/- plus all other permissible
facilities like Car facility (under scheme), Staff House Building Loan
etc. as per the Bank's Financial Inclusion Policy.
